International Sales Manager (m/f)
- International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand worldwide customer base .

Our Client is a rapidly growing top class software development and IT outsourcing company , with more than 10 years of experience. Due to a further expansion, new projects and business development plans abroad, we are searching for International Sales Manager. The position report to the General Manager.
Description
- Manage the P&L and sales budget
- Identify strategic partnerships and business opportunities
- Supporting business development through participation in pre-sales process and managing sales team
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Influences the customer in the assessment, planning and management of related network projects
- In-depth knowledge of the client's business, understanding the client's vision, goals, objectives in order to effectively communicate, manage external and internal stakeholders
Profile
- Minimum 8 years of international sales experience and team management
- Excellent soft skills and a proven ability to drive results in high pressure situations
- Experience in AGILE projects and environment.
- Strong communicator, analytical and a proven track record of working well under pressure
- Advanced English written/verbal communication skills
