Internal Trainer
Location: KrakówCH2M is establishing a new HR Shared Services organization in Poland. This is an opportunity to be a part of our exciting transformation, helping establish best-in-class HR support to our global workforce through effective customer service, globally-consistent processes, and an optimal employee experience. This HR service center will be part of a larger Shared Services organization in the Krakow office, and will report functionally into the HR organization at the US headquarters in Denver, Colorado.
This role is a key member of the HR Shared Services team responsible for setting up and following training standards and knowledge retention.
HR Shared Service Trainer will act as the role model while implementing Customer Service principles.
Responsibilities:
- Work with variety of HR stakeholders to assess the training needs for HR Shared Services Team.
- Design and develop training plan for new hires and existing staff.
- Update content as changes occur.
- Set up the Customer Service Program and implement it.
- Act as the role model and expert while implementing Customer Service standards.
- Create and introduce assessment tools to value training effectiveness (with the use of ServiceNow, Share Point and other platforms/tools).
- Handle logistics for training activities including materials, places and equipment.
- Investigate and identify process/tool gaps and work closely with different stakeholders to contribute to the end-to-end processes improvement in these areas.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to successfully build productive relationships at all levels across the enterprise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Communication, Human Resources, PR or related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in training delivery and content development.
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- Outstanding training and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
- Excellent customer focus.
- Flexibility to deal with changing business requirements.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests and respond within appropriate timeframe.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to learn & maintain company brand standards.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Initiative & follow-up, including a strong ability to work autonomously.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (E-mail, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Having experience in working with ServiceNow case management system and/or Oracle would be an asset.
