THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals and Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
This client is an organisation operating between Chemicals and Food ingredients. They are a small but growing company in healthy products and are looking for someone to be a true match with the entire team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You report to the Demand coordinator of the Dutch division. As such, you are the link between sales and logistics. On one hand, you support the account managers, on the other hand, you know SAP and know how to process order requests. As part of a bigger team, you make sure all the plates keep spinning and you juggle international accounts. Providing customer support is second nature to you. With clients from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, China and the US, an international mindset as well as knowledge of at least Dutch and English are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain relationships with distributors, consultants, customers
• Manage the SAP of sales orders
• Help finance setting up new accounts
• Single point of contact for distributors
• Monitoring and forecasting sales information
• Following up on leads, cross-selling
REQUIREMENTS
• Commercial background, preferably HBO or WO Bachelor
• Experience in the Food or Chemical industry
• At least 5 years of Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Willingness to learn about technical ingredients
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
