For our Client, global financial & banking company,we are looking for candidates to create a Talent Acquisition Teambased in a newly created Shared Service Center in Warsaw!
Your new role:
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team you will closely cooperate with hiring managers to established business needs, candidates profiles and job descriptions to fulfil recruitment needs. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes including offering for positions within banking, financial or new technologies areas and will join one of the dedicated teams to conduct recruitment activities for Poland, US, Europe, Middle-East or Africa.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with a strong recruitment background of min. 3-4 years and a good understanding of the banking, financial or new technologies roles and job market specifics.Because of the international environment we are looking for candidates with fluent in Englishand able to develop relationships with key management staff and people from different cultures. We are looking for an independent specialist, able to organise self work and able to function in an international, fast changing environment.
