For our client, a top company providing integrated multidisciplinary professional services and a wide range of advisory services with practical and clear solutions, we are looking for an Internal HR.
Your new role
Sitting up a clear list o position for each department;
Drawing a clear list of tasks and responsibilities for each position;
Sitting up clear standard practice procedures file for each department;
Managing internal recruitment request, either by an hand-on approach;
Dealing with external providers;
Monitoring workload and business needs in order to accurately forecast recruitment needs.
Assessing organisational or individual development needs;
Implementing evaluation programs.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree
3 - 4 years of experience in the HR activities;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
English medium level (both writing and communications).
