Internal Control And Operational Risk Specialist
Standort: WrocławRESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION ARE:
- Development of control environment
- Implementation of the Internal Control System and the Operational Risk Management System
- Reporting results to General Manager in the scope of internal control and operational risk management
- Planning of control activities
- Verification of control mechanisms and creating control reports
- Providing standards and knowledge for Process Owners in the scope of creation of control mechanisms
- Processing investigations in the scope of whistleblowing
- Processing of post-control recommendations,
- Coordination of risk management process
- Providing standards and knowledge for Process Owners in the scope of risk management
WE EXPECT FROM CANDIDATES:
- At least 1 year experience in internal audit and control or operations risk management
- English language capable of operating in an international environment
- German language capable of conducting control, preparing reports and creating reports
- Work experience in German companies and knowledge of current regulations preferred
- Time management skills
- Working proficiency in MS Office
- University education
