For our client, Business Service Center located in Poznań, we are looking for:

Internal Audit Trainee

The position ensures internal audit practices are carried out according to the annual audit plan for all O-I business units, locations and functional areas in the specified region’s including the global corporate headquarters.

Main duties:

• Perform financial and operational audits;

• Be a self-starter that can work independently with little supervision; be highly effective in a team environment;

• Develop logical and organized work papers that clearly support the work performed and audit conclusions;

• Present findings to management;

• Effectively resolve conflicts in a professional manner when differences of opinion arise;

• Contribute ideas to identify potential project or process improvement opportunities;

• Perform analytical review of operational and financial data and be able to interpret management explanations against expected results;

• Innovation, pro-activeness, questioning mind, results orientation, building relationship, courage.

Requirements:

• student of last year of Management / Economics Faculty, preferably from specialty finance & accounting

• available for at least 35 hours a week

• Proficient in English, another EU language would be considered as a plus

• Highly developed communication skills

• Understanding of basic accounting rules and financial reporting

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel

• SAP knowledge would be considered as a plus
