Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Friesland Netherlands.
The company is a large player on the Benelux market with the focus on the production and distribution of dairy products. The organization as approximately 18.000 In service.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Interim Reliability Engineer, you will improve the current maintenance plan. You will do this by analyzing the functioning of machines/installations and with the feedback you get from machine operators.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for the maintenance plan and concepts in accordance with regulations that are applicable in the Food Industry.
- You will improve the maintenance plan with the input of operators.
- You will determine the KPI's for the maintenance plan and will safeguard these so maintenance goals will be realized.
- You’ll set up and actualize the risk matrix.
- You will analyze repeating machine malfunctioning and perform RCA with the aim to prevent future machine malfunctioning.
- You’ll report your findings to the Maintenance Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience as reliability engineer in the process industry
- Working experience with SAP
- Knowledge of FMECA, RCA and LEAN TPM methodology
- Dutch/English communication
