Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
Is urgent opzoek naar een interim R&D Manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het geven van technisch en strategisch advies aan de R&D divisie. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de verschillende afdelingen; Sales/Marketing/ Customer Support etc. Bij elkaar gebracht worden in een duidelijk visie.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een klein team en zul je zorg dragen voor de NPD en Innovatie binnen het team.
- In deze rol werk je in nauwe samenwerking met Marketing, voor het bepalen van mogelijkheden binnen de product ontwikkeling.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree in Food technology or Science
- Mangement skills vooral in coaching/ min 5 jaar
- Min 10 jaar ervaring in; R&D, New Product Development
