THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company has several chemical production sites all over the world. In The Netherlands, the have a plant at which 600 employees operate.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The project has an estimate duration of 6 months. During this project you will work in a multidisciplinary team of engineers. As Interim Project Engineer E&I, your main task is to improve installation reliability, sustainability and output.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this project, you will be testing and inspecting installation performance and reliability.
- You will take initiative to implement electronical and instrumentational improvements to installations thereby increasing reliability and functioning.
- You’ll participate in the initiation, construction and startup of the project.
- You will revise and standardize procedures in accordance with regulations regarding E&I.
- You will specify requirements for the design and usage of materials for the installations.
- During this project, you will report to the Project Manager regarding work execution and progress.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as Electrical Engineer, preferably Project Engineering
- Previously worked with PLC controllers and DCS systems
- Knowledge about regulations and guidelines regarding E&I
- Dutch, English and German communication
