- Collaboration with the business and their needs to ensure the supply of goods and services
- Internal and external stakeholder management and definition of procurement strategies
- Definition, implementation and management of sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services
- Maintaining a network of compliant suppliers and performance management of these suppliers
- Project management for continuous improvement projects/initiatives to professionalize and improve the procurement department
- Experience with procurement in the area of indirect goods, materials and services
- Experience with contract management and SLA’s (KPI-driven performance)
- APICS certified and experience with e-procurement systems (SAP)
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English

In this interim procurement position you will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, stakeholder management and operational/strategic activities to manage the procure-to-pay process. In addition, you will focus on continuous improvement initiatives to professionalize and improve the procurement department in the organization.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in supply chain, finance, business economics or similar- Experience with procurement in the area of indirect goods, materials and services
- Experience with contract management and SLA’s (KPI-driven performance)
- APICS certified and experience with e-procurement systems (SAP)
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
