THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
De organisatie produceert chemische halffabricaten die vervolgens gebruikt worden in de productie van consumentenproducten. Het betreft hier een project van minimaal 6 maanden.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In je rol als Interim E&I Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het checken van de status van alle productie equipment en verwante automatiseringsmodules. Denk hierbij aan DCS, HMI en PLC's. De organisatie heeft ruim 3.000 PLC's aan alle productielijnen (16). Onlangs heeft er een grote SAP integratie plaatsgevonden. Doel van dit project is om alle automatisering aan de productielijn in lijn te laten werken met het vernieuwde systeem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Het maken van (basis)ontwerpen en tevens het vastleggen van gegevens en specificaties ten behoeve van de equipment.
- Evalueren van offertes.
- Begeleiden van equipment van leveranciers.
- Actueel houden van alle technische documentatie.
- Prijscalculaties berekenen van leveranciers.
- Specificeren van kleppen, flowmeters en instrumenten.
- Het selecteren van de juiste elektronische componenten en specificeren van bekabeling (schakelbevoegd).
- Continue bewaking van de technische documentatie.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Elektrotechniek.
- 3-5 jaar ervaring als (interim) E&I Engineer.
- Ervaring met Siemens S5-S7 PLC's.
- Kennis van productielijnen (chemie)
- Ervaring in het modificeren van productielijnen.
- Kennis van NEN-normeringen, schakelbevoegd zijn).
- Analytisch sterk.
- Bewezen affiniteit met technische projecten.
