Intercompany Senior Expert
Currently we are looking for experts in the area of intercompany for a new team dedicated to support entities globally. The person in this position will be mainly responsible for a successful execution of multiple intercompany (manufacturing to affiliate warehouse) areas.
Client Details
Our client is an international company that has its office in the Warsaw City Center. They are currently creating their new team of Intercompany Experts.
Description
- Coordinating export and import processes
- Arranging shipments both domestic and international
- Handling complex export orders and reviewing order due dates
- Creating shipping documentation
- Performing replenishment transactions
- Monitoring and advising key stakeholders on inventory levels
- Handling customer service issues
- Providing customer service and trade compliance accuracy to internal and external partners for all shipments from manufacturing sites to affiliate warehouses
- Communicating any changes in product availability or delivery timing to key stakeholders
- Assisting the coordination of new product launches within business
- Providing recommendations and risk management strategies for demand management processes and existing PO requirements
- Creating purchase order and changes as needed
Profile
- Higher education in Supply Chain Management or similar, having CPIM or APICS certificate would be a plus
- Experience in a similar role (experience in Export and International Trade would be an advantage)
- Very good understanding of Supply Chain concepts, tools and business processes
- Knowledge of the SAP system
- Fluent English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Effectively collaborates cross-functionally at the leadership and broader team level
- Ability to influence broadly
- Strong attention to details and ability to prioritize
