Customer Service Specialist with French
For our Client, an international company with established SSC in Wrocław we are looking for French Speaking Customer Service Specialists!
Working on this position you will be part of Purchase to Pay Department Team and your duties will include daily contact with the group of company’s suppliers via phone and e-mail. You will be also responsible for providing information from financial areas; managing and resolving customers’ and suppliers’ queries and working with computer business applications.
To be successful on this position you need to speak very good English and French and have previous experience in customer service. Your university degree and good knowledge of MS Office tools would be greatly appreciated.
We will be happy to see that you are motivated, detail oriented with great communication skills, team work attitude and willingness to travel.
