THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Netherlands.
My client is a large international organization in the beverages industry and is currently seeking for an experienced interim Maintenance Engineer to fulfill a long term project for around 2+ years.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In your role as Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for realizing the long term goal of reducing the unplanned down at the packaging department of 5% in 3 years time. Furthermore you will be responsible for the reduction and elimination of maintenance activities in the plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating in team format.
- Executing improvements on present equipment.
- Executing FMEA's, RCA's and other risk management studies.
- Working together in close team formation to achieve long term goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in reduction of unplanned down.
- Self-starting personality
- Both E&I as well as WTB knowledge (HBO+)
- SAP knowledge
- Strong communicator on both production and management level.
- Experience in packaging in production environments is a must.
- Production experience is a plus.
- Familiar with TPM and Lean principles is considered as a plus.
- Pro-active mentality and result driven personality.
