For our Client we are seeking a strong candidates to fill an Insurance Benchmarking Specialist position. In this role you will support the Insurance Consulting Team and Clients by providing expertise and unique market insights regarding insurance-related topics through conducting research, market analysis and developing cutting-edge analytical tools and market intelligence.

Who we are looking for? :
- University/master's degree (or final-year student) - preferred faculties: economics, finance, banking, mathematics
- About 1 years of experience in Banking/Consulting/Insurance sector (including internships)
- Very good Excel knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Very good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
- Fluent in Polish and English (B2/C1)
- Experience in quantitative market research
Job responsibilities:
- Providing review / updates on recent market trends regarding insurance issues
- Running market analyses and drawing conclusions on a range of external and internal issues
- Developing advance market analysis (market models)
- Keeping internal databases linked to Insurance market up-to-date
- Creating training materials in the topic area and development of specialized topic knowledge
- Supporting consulting insurance teams in their day to day work with Clients
