Our client is currently looking for strong candidate to fill an Analyst position. In this role you will support Banking & Financial Services team and it's clients by providing expertise regarding financial institutions-related topics (e.g. banking, insurance companies etc.) through conducting research and assistance with industry-specific problems.

Job responsibilities:
- Teaming with case teams and support of our client work
- Analyzing and drawing conclusions on a range of external and internal issues regarding the Financial Sector
- Execution and coordination of complex research/analytical requests (including internal and external expert interviews)
- Provision of analytical, benchmarking services
- Provision of synthesis and packaging of results
- Authoring of training materials in the topic area and development of specialized topic knowledge
Who we are looking for?
- University/master's degree (or final-year student) with demonstrated high academic achievement (Finance or Econometrics)
- Not more than 3 years of professional experience
- Very good Excel knowledge (modeling would be a high advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
- Organization and prioritization skills, initiative, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Very good Polish and English language skills (B2/C1)
- Interest in Financial Services, Banking industry is a must
- Experience in quantitative market research
