VISION:
OVERVIEW:
Lead, Develop and Transform Poland’s Inside Sales team from plants approach to Poland’s region approach. Working as part of the Senior Leadership team this role will manage the Inside Sales team based in Katowice as well as support the business decisions of the management team. The inside sales team deal with a broad variety of customer issues and work closely with the external sales team.

OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Involvement and accountability in leadership decisions
- Manage the inside sales team
- Identify and implement improvements in the sales process and customer experience
- Report on sales metrics
- Prepare monthly forecasts/sales reports
- Monitor customer feedback and help resolve complaints
- Working with the wider Inside Sales team across Europe on improvement projects design to drive the customer focus of the business
- Involvement in the claims handling and customer service improvements for the business
- Implement price increases
- Conduct benchmarking and work towards recognition from awarding bodies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer Service/Inside sales experience
- Expereince of managing a team
- Proven track record in Customer Service role
- Good level of education - degree preferable
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Proven track record of implementing change successfully
- Flexibility, adaptability to change
