• Knowledge and experience with cream technology is a pre
• Input full Supply Chain aspects on all project stages (scoping, sourcing, procurement, capabilities, capacity, investment etc). In case of existing technologies, responsible to drive Innovation process end-to-end until launch.
• Ensure effective communication and interaction with Marketing, R&D, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Factories, 3rd parties organization.
• Responsible to verify technical and Supply Chain risks during the various project stages.
• Support Marketing on cost estimations.
• Drive and ensure execution of the value creation Programs (savings) in the Category
• In alignment with Business strategy, support full supply chain network, strategy and capabilities are available in line with the roadmap.
• Identify and take into account the key drivers of complexity in projects with end to end supply chain approach, including threshold management.
• Strong Planning or Operations background; engineering experience is a pre
• Outstanding track record in OTIF project delivery.
• Knowledge and experience with Quality in Innovation for manufacturing principles.
• Basic understanding of production processes and capabilities, risk assessment and validation of in–house and co-making operations.
• Independent project manager
• English proficiency
