On behalf of our Client - leading manufacturer in Europe of complete switch systems for professional equipment, we are searching for candidates for the position of Industrial Director.
Industrial Director will be responsible for supervising and coordinating different areas and sections: Purchase/ Procurement, Technical Office, Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Personnel Management (all together around 70 people). He/She will ensure standards for product quality, equipment and employee performance, be a change leader what includes implementation of various optimization and improvement solutions, including ERP system (BAAN ERP). He/She will lead continuous improvement projects and ensure all regulatory requirements are met especially related to Quality, Health & Safety, Energy Saving and Environmental issues. Person in this position will be coordinating all the activities with the HQ located abroad and will actively participate in Steering Committee. Industrial Director will report to President of the Board, located abroad.
To be suitable for this role you should posses Higher Technical Education and minimum 10 years of experience in production/industrial management. You should be able to present proven success in people management area. Priority will be given to the Candidates with experience in electronics production in the role that covers management of following areas: Purchase/ Procurement, Technical Office, Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, Personnel Management. BAAN system knowledge will be considered as a priority as well. To be successful in this role you should possess good understanding of the financial processes and measurements as well as present natural leadership attributes with a commitment to developing the performance of employees.
Very good English level in necessary (daily communication in English).
Our Client offers competitive salary: 18 000 – 25 000 PLN gross (monthly) – depends on the experience and skills of the candidates as well as possibility to develop career within international environment.
