Your new role
You will be responsible for the preparation of Indirect Tax (VAT and withholding tax) returns and performing reconciliations for European entities serviced by the financial shared services centre, reviewing tax returns and other reports prepared by other team members, ensuring compliance of tax processes with applicable laws and regulations and coordinating audits in the VAT area (internal and external).
You will be also responsible for leading and supporting with knowledge the team of 4 Indirect Tax Analysts, motivate them, set goals and monitor the results. You will develop, update and implement processes and procedures and participate in optimizing tax processes to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains
What you'll need to succeed
We expect you to have 3 years of of similar experience, working knowledge of Polish and international indirect tax regulations, experience of managing the team, very good knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables). You should also have fluent Polish and English language skills, great communication and leadership skills, strong ability to follow deadlines.
