For our Client - shared service centre located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for Indirect Procurement Specialist HR & Employee Benefits.
You will be responsible for:
- spend, strategic plan and leadership of key initiatives within the HR & Employee Benefits Category,
- associated expenditure within the parameters of the role,
- stakeholder and supplier engagement activities associated with HR & Employee Benefits Services such as Employee Learning & Development, Employee Rewards, Employee Healthcare, Employee Pensions, Employee Advisory Services.
Job Dimensions
- Annualized Sub-Category Spend ~$50 million
- Leads the development of the HR & Employee Benefits Category strategy & ensures alignment with the parent Category, Commercial Services
- Medium financial impact in terms of savings generation
- Travel Requirements - 10-20%
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required at a minimum, in fields such as business administration, finance, law or a scientific or technical field. Strong preference for CIPS or similar professional qualification.
- Experience in a Procurement environment
- Experience in HR indirect procurement categories is essential, preferable - employee benefits
