Indirect Contract Manager
As Indirect Contract Manager you will be responsible for establishing, planning and executing all aspects of contract management & administration services related to indirect spend. You will create, facilitate and implement procurement solutions in line with Company’s business activity and project plans.

Indirect Contract Manager
As Indirect Contract Manager you will be responsible for establishing, planning and executing all aspects of contract management & administration services related to indirect spend. You will create, facilitate and implement procurement solutions in line with Company’s business activity and project plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide contract management services to relevant stakeholders within our company
- Negotiate commercial terms in contract and ensure contracts made is fit for purpose
- Update system with contractual terms and ensure that new prices and terms are reflected and uploaded to relevant systems
- Proactive monitor contracts and ensure contracts are valid
- Ensure relevant corporate and / or business specific procedures are followed
- Oversee and monitor contractual compliance. Engage with stakeholder/supplier in case of none compliance
- Where necessary, develop suitable procedures for Contract Management team specifically and obtain stakeholders as well as management’s approval
- Develop and maintain working relationships with relevant stakeholders providing satisfactory support in areas within your responsibility
- Keep your superior and relevant stakeholders informed about the activities within your area of responsibility and discusses essential matters before decisions are made
- Conduct supplier relationship management and monitor contractual performance
- Monitor the development within the area of responsibility and keep the management informed of new products and price development
- Offer recommendations regarding improvements and cost savings in all matters within the area of responsibility or related hereto
- Together with Category Management, drive agreement consolidation and analyze spend figures to negotiate new agreements and achieve savings
- Ensure internal and external communications is conducted in a correct and business-like manner
- Ensure proper maintenance of company specific systems and pro-active enhancement of relevant processes
- Ensure monthly overview of contracts status is provided to relevant stakeholders
- Regular supplier relationship management activities should be conducted based on the business needs. Summary of suppliers spend, suppliers behavior pattern, and/or suppliers performance review to be ready on regular basis
- Assist with and drive contract implementation
- Assist with and drive supply chain automation and e-catalogues
- Perform ad-hoc contract administration tasks
Qualification requirements:
- Strong communication skills, networking and interpersonal skills through which you can engage with a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders
- Formal education on minimum bachelor level or equivalent within relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant job experience with contract management tasks
- Experience in contract administration, contract drafting and contract negotiations
- Relevant experience can compensate for required formal education.
- Fluent written / verbal English
- Analytical, commercial & negotiation skills
