Our Client is Enza Zaden Poland with office in the southern part of Warsaw. Besides being an international vegetable-breeding company, Enza Zaden is also an independent family business. Worldwide, Enza Zaden has 2000 employees, 45 branches and three joint ventures in 46 countries.
To manage current and projected future growth, our Client is seeking to recruit an experienced individual for the newly created position of:

Duties:
- The booking of primary accounting documents from the Company’s suppliers and clients, bank account statements, employee expense reports, petty cash transactions in the accountancy program;
- Checking of the incoming documents with regard to their conformity to accountancy and tax legislation;
- Ensures efficient administration of debtors and creditors, monitors accounts receivable as well as credit limits, and take actions if required or reports on this to the Management Team;
- Ensures efficient administration of cash and bank accounts. Prepares of payment orders for payments from the bank account of the Employer for signing by the Company’s General Director.
- Preparing and (electronic) filing of quarterly accountancy reports and tax reports (VAT, profit tax, property tax, etc.), reports to non-budget funds and the statistic authorities;
- Maintains contacts with and provides information to the local external auditor in accordance with local standards;
- Assists in the budget process;
- Provide administrative support to the Company’s employees if necessary.
Requirements:
- University education with accounting or finance related degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting in multinational company;
- Experience in Polish and International Accounting Standards;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English;
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (especially Excel);
- Understands key business drivers and proactively seeks out opportunities and recommends solutions that can be effectively supported;
- Accountable and responsible team player with hands-on approach and analytical skills.
