Income Tax Analyst
Miejsce pracy: PoznańYour responsibilities:
- Act as income tax accounting coordinator for the EMEA & APAC region for the review of monthly/quarterly tax accounting packages of the entities in the region
- Provide guidance and assistance for the monthly/quarterly income tax calculations
- Ensure complete SOX documentation is maintained to meet SOX requirements
- Integration of income tax accounting processes of the new acquisitions
- Coordination of the tax adjustments (discrete items) quarterly reporting for current and deferred taxes for the EMEA & APAC region
- Coordination of quarterly reporting of Net Operating Losses and valuation allowances
- Perform ad-hoc analysis related to Income taxes for the region (US GAAP/STATUTORY/TAX reconciliations)
- Preparation/review of annual FCIR reporting packages for some entities in the region
Requirements:
- At least 3 years controlling/audit experience
- Bachelor/Master's degree in field of Finance & Accounting
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge of US GAAP income tax accounting, IFRS and/or local GAAP for various EU jurisdictions is nice to have
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Team player with ability to function independently and lead cross-functional, cultural and geographic teams
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong problem solving skills with a proactive, innovative approach to work and sense for improvements
- Ability to be flexible to adapt to challenging deadlines and business demands
