For our Client, well-known international institution located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Incident Manager.
Your new role
As the Incident Manager you will be responsible for resolving incidents, managing incident progress, communicate issues to help remediate and resolve production problems as well as verifying the severity of all levels of incidents in order to execute the correct level Incident Management process. Moreover, your duties will also include participating and leading incident reviews for managed incidents, executing systems administrative tasks and creating production support documentation. As the Incident Manager you will take part in projects onboarding, monitor effectiveness of the incident management process and make recommendations for improvements
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a relevant Candidate on this position you need to have at least 2-4 years of experience in Incident Management, 1-3 years of experience in IT field as well as practical experience of multiple Service Management processes. An adequate person on this position should be able to work effectively under pressure, develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders as well as possess excellent communication skills. Very good English is a must.
