We are the Executive Search Consultants working for our Clients worldwide. For our Client, IT company providing solutions for Product Information Management (PIM) and Omnichannel Management developed and delivered market leading software to sell products through multiple sales channels with offices in Norway, Sweden, Thailand and USA, we are looking for a candidate for the following position:

 

Inbound Marketing Specialist

Location: Gdansk, Poland

 

Requirements:

  • Master degree: marketing online (preferable);
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in providing online/digital marketing solutions in IT (preferable) or e-commerce and retail industry;
  • Knowledge of computer skills: MS Office, Google Adwords;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English;
  • Organizing and planning skills, attention to detail;
  • Relentless drive for improvements and progress;
  • Reliability and responsibility;
  • Positive and cheerful disposition;
  • Professional personal presentation;
  • Ready to work long-term;
  • Self-discipline and a very good work organization;
  • Strong analytical skills;

Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage and execute both on-site and off-site SEO/SEM/SMO activities;
  • Manage goal-driven organic and paid search engine performance against metrics as site impressions, clickthrough rates, website traffic, and conversions;
  • Grow new global leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers);
  • Optimize Client’s marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels;
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how Client’s inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers;
  • Collaborate with freelance writing resources, and other contributors in creating quality content centered around defined and relevant keywords and terms;   
  • Working with consultants and technical experts within the organization;
  • Monitoring and analysis of competitors' actions within the scope of duties;
  • Define and execute link building program;
  • Development of websites and brand to create awareness and prospects this includes web design, white papers and content marketing.
