Your new company
Representing our Client, global, manufacturing company we are looking for in-house lawyer to their office located in Cracow.
Your new role
You will act as a regional counsel for Central and Eastern Europe managing and coordinating the delivery of legal services, having daily contact with Managers from Germany and Austria. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and counselling on operational transactions: reviewing and developing procurement agreements for use with local suppliers, drafting, negotiating and approving contractual commitments. The scope of duties will include providing legal advice to CEE management and legal oversight of claims, litigation, employment and competition law.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have Polish and English business-level fluency - German would be an asset - experience in corporate and commercial law in multinational, manufacturing company, ability to command the respect of and communicate effectively with, a diverse range of business leaders and legal partners across and outside CEE region. Moreover possesses business and financial acumen, engenders the confidence of senior business leaders in identifying legal risk and being skilled negotiator and strategic thinker would be essential.
