What will you make with IBM?
Imaging Specialist is responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining complete OS images; ensuring consistent engineered processes across all Microsoft client OS platforms; responsible for defining hardware specifications and proven ability to build needed hardware platforms in both physical and virtual configurations; lead efforts in investigating, evaluating and implementing best practices based on knowledge of the environment; applying modifications and customizations to the OS through registry modifications & custom scripts.
Required:
- 1 year of practical experience and understanding of VBScript, JavaScript or any programming language (C/C++, etc.)
- Knowledge of Windows system architecture and administrative tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork
- Self-motivated
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Good to have:
- ITIL Certificate
- Knowledge of imaging technology or any of the imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, FRED)
