• Ensuring that the customer issues/ problems related to the cross-border account opening processes are effectively resolved;
• Assisting the client with the completion of account opening documentation;
• Processing onboarding requests for cross-border account opening;
• Escalate issues related to account opening and alert responsible entities about potential fraud;
• Delivering high-quality client services – achieved by ensuring best quality of service at every level for customers and BP alike;
• Building professional relationships with customers;
• Work effectively with the team to meet the operational objectives;
• Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English;
• Customer service orientation;
• Accuracy, attention to detail;
• Pro-active, confident & delivery focused;
• Ability to work within international environment;
• Ability to work under time and stress pressure to meet procedural requirements;
• Ability to continuously provide high quality of service and to achieve customer satisfaction and to ensure that necessary internal policies are fully executed;
• Team player and adaptable to change;
• Computer literate;
• Knowledge of cross-border account opening process and procedures would be an asset
