ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you are able to support the HR service center for the countries the company is working with. You maintain and develop the the companies' database. You are the point of contact regarding questions relating to the HR tools and systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage calls by using the case management system and represent HR Connect in the designated countries. Build relationships with HR teams and other key stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and German
- Bachelor degree
- Experience with providing guidance on Systems and processes
