Human Capital Manager (interim fixed-term contract)

For Warsaw based office we are seeking a candidate for the position of Human Capital Manager for fixed-term contract (maternity cover). In your job you will be leading HR operations and ensure of the continuity all operations and projects with the support of the team of 2 subordinate colleagues. Main role of the position is to deliver high quality HR services for local staff (about 150) and to be a key point of contact for local employment matters for the regional supervisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operations of payroll and benefit administration (liaise with an external payroll provider), all contractual documents, policy and procedure development and the supervision of all other HR activities, including employee engagement, employee relations, training, performance management, as well as local recruiting activities.

U Kandydatów zwracamy uwagę na
HR Certification (e.g. postgraduate or a diploma in a specialist HR training)
Min. 5 years in a similar HR role required, with min. 3 years in a managerial positon in an international, professional services environment
Up-to-date and practical knowledge of Polish employment law and best business practice
Project and change management experience
Fluent English – both written and verbal
