For one of our clients, a start-up international company, we are looking for experienced HR administrators.
What do you need to be successful?
Our perfect candidate needs to have at least 2 years of professional experience on similar position. Knowledge of HR Information System tools is mandatory as well as good English skills (B2 level minimum). On this position you will be responsible for HR administration tasks.
You will work with one of popular HR tools like Workday or PeopleSoft. You will be responsible for major data input and system management and what fallows supporting end-users when needed. Besides maintaining the database and inputting information you will sometimes be responsible for conducting analysis and presenting the results so understanding of HR processes is crucial.
