HRIS Administrator
Miejsce pracy: WrocławYou will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and administrating HR system - SAP Success Factors (reference tables, data integrity and updates).
- Identifying opportunities for improvements, process optimizations and recommending new functionalities design, operational changes and working methods adjustments.
- Close cooperation with global HR team members, employees and managers by communication of changes and support in resolving system related issues.
- Taking part in global implementation and changes of HRISs systems.
- Providing an excellent level of training to HR team, employees and managers on systems and tools.
- Taking ownership of identified issues and being a part in continuous learning environment.
- Running and deliver a variety of reports related to HR data for ongoing customer needs.
Your required profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within a global HRIS system.
- Very good knowledge in practice with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent command of English (minimum B2).
- Solid technical problem solving capabilities.
- Flexible attitude, diplomatic, excellent communication skills.
- Customer Service skills.
- Ability to manage multi-tasks, accuracy, attention to detail, organization, analytical skills.
