For our Client, international leader in its sector, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Transition Manager.
On this role you will be responsible for delivering business transition in HR area within the company. The processes will be transferred from U.S.and Europe into Poland entity in Łódź. As a HR Transition Manager you will act as a single point of contact to transition stakeholders and will be responsible for leading of transition plan and its execution, as well.
If you have previous process transition experience, gained preferably in shared services organisation, excellent organizational skills, strategic and analytical thinking -this role is for you. The perfect Candidate should also possess an experience in working in international environment and matrix organisation, fluent English and knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
