Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, Philip Morris International in Poland, we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
HR Talent Acquisition Associate Switzerland

Location: Kraków
• prepare employment contracts for PMI employees based in Switzerland in a close cooperation with the Swiss Talent Acquisition Team
• coordinate hiring activities in the SAP system in terms of completeness of the documents and timeliness of delivery
• support the candidates’ management in terms of scheduling interviews, ensuring logistics and handling expenses
• support hiring managers in questions related to the recruitment and onboarding processes
• maintaining related systems and tools to support the postings and tracking mechanism (Taleo, external job portals)
• prepare monthly statistics regarding recruitment in PMI in Switzerland and submit them to Director HR Switzerland
Requirements:• last year student or University degree
• knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools (working knowledge Excel is a must)
• very good written and oral communication skills in English (C1 is a must)
• attention to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• good organizational and priority settings skills
• knowledge of SAP HR System or/and Taleo is an asset
