Responsibilities: acting as a Single Point of Contact for local process responsible in countries served and not served by the company, support solving standard local system related questions according to internal procedures, support processes such as service request management, change request management, incident management for all HR system and tools, support update/adjust all HR-system related manuals and guidelines
As ideal Candidate you should have University Degree, preferably in Business Economics, Computer Science or related discipline with information technology focus as well as analytical skills. We are looking for people with ability to communicate and partner with co-workers across all levels of the organization with fluent command of English. Similar experience would be an asset.
