Your new role
HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting HR manager on every day basis. He or she will help with overseeing payroll and documentation, assist with recruitment processes and training plans. Responsibilities will be also connected with Employer Branding activities, employee satisfaction and engagement matters.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a University degree, around 2 years of experience on a similar position and fluent English. Knowledge of Polish labour law, ability to work under time pressure, diligence and great communication skills are also essential.
