HRK S.A. for our client, international manufacturing company is looking for:
HR SpecialistMiejsce pracy: Murów
Areas of responsibility:
- Leding employer branding actions oriented on company brand guidelines
- Managing recruitment processes in line with the recruitment needs (exploring and implementing the market best practices, creating job descriptions, organizing recruitment and pre-selection including advertising and interviewing)
- Processing all paperwork related to employment process and its variations (hiring and leaving actions, preparation of employment contracts, references, requests, termination letters, employment certificates) and providing personnel service
- Responsibility for monitoring and maintaining health checks program in the workplace of all personnel employed
- Compiling and updating employees’ records (hard and soft copies)
- Supporting function for payroll process – entering into HR & Payroll software relevant data and registering absences and variable data
- Preparing with the given directions ad-hoc HR reports, including HR reporting.
- Preparing declarations to the Central Statistical Office of Poland
Expected competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent education
- Related 2-3 years’ work experience with preferably prior experience with either agency or client side within a recruitment marketing and employer branding role, ideally working for large corporates, purposeful manner for advertising, intranet/internet, social media and any other channels
- Experience in HR processes, such us employment, medical employee tests, reporting etc.
- Good English language skill (written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and ability to get familiar with own IT-systems
- Ability to work in an international environment with multiple tasks, including prioritizing and swapping numerous requests at the same time with deadlines and changes that occur
- High work motivation, strong analytical and problem solving ability with attention to the details
