HR Specialist

Due to the continuous growth of our office in Gdansk we are looking for organized and motivated colleague who will join our team as HR Operations Consultant. You will be responsible for providing HR support to group of consultants performing work at our customers in Tricity.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing HR support for group of consultants performing work at clients permisses
- Facilitating visa, work permit process
- Answering employee requests and questions
- Building and developing good relationships with customers and consultants
- Cooperating with external companies - payroll service provider, health and safety at work service provider, others
- Ensuring legal compliance in local branch (employment docs, medical check- ups, health & safety at work trainings, work permits)
- Assisting with new employee hiring processes (documents, induction program)
- Maintaing data in HRM system (data update, docs upload)
- Administering employee benefits (medical care, multisport cards) including enrollment, changes, terminations
- Maintaining reports related to attendance, holidays and bonuses
- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
- Participating in HR projects
- Organizing company events (team building, Christmas party)
- Providing operational support to the branch (office suppliers, external services)
What you need to have:
- Master’s degree, Human Resources studies would be an asset
- At least 2 years of proven HR experience
- Knowledge of Polish labor law
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent Polish and English
