Our client is a global organization that develops a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, Poland. On behalf of the company we are looking for a HR Specialist with Dutch/ Swedish/ Italian or Spanish.
Main responsibilities of HR Specialistis to perform all activities related to payroll processing, human resource operations, benefits administration for population of approximately 200 - 300 employees. Moreover HR Specialist will be responsible for migration process, document standard operating procedures, ensure all HR related employee documentation is retained and stored in compliance with local regulations, process payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with all statutory regulations. HR Specialist will be also initial point of contact for employee issues and inquiries related to the areas of payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and HR system inputs.
We expect an ideal Candidate to haveUniversity degree; at least 2 years of experience in HR, Accounting or Customer Service (shared services center experience preferred); fluent English and one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, Swedish, or Dutch; strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service. Understanding of basic payroll processes and regulations in at least one European country will be an asset.
