On behalf of my Client, a global law company, we are looking for the HR Services Team Leader to join its Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for building and supervising a new team of HR Service Desk Agents (including coaching, developing etc.,) managing the workload, identifying training needs and ensuring that the team delivers high quality services. Moreover, you will be solving escalations, implementing some improvements and building positive relations with all stakeholders.
We are seeking candidates with minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position gained in SSC environment. Fluent English is required as well as working knowledge of some HR IT tools. In addition, the ideal candidate should present an excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
