For one of our clients we are currently looking for HR Services Team Leader
Working on this position you will be responsible for a team of specialists and senior specialists responsible for HR-related support to the employees all over the Europe. The scope of your duties will include people management, annual performance reviews, one to one meetings as well as supporting less experienced team members with your knowledge and experience. In addition to that you will take part in process migration and be responsible for setting up a new team in Krakow.
We are looking for experienced Team Leader with Human Resources background. To be successful you should hold at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader and at least 3 years of experience in providing HR Services. We are looking for candidates with passion to work with people and employee orientation. To succeed you need to speak fluent English and Polish.
