My client is a reputable international organization that is currently looking for a dynamic People Services Manager to join their team dedicated to various HR-related areas.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to a Global Manager based offshore and managing quite a big structure through supervisors, you will be motivating and leading a multicultural team servicing various countries.
You will be ensuring and supporting the implementation of the company’s vision and strategy through the management of the team’s performance, headcount, budget parameters, etc
You will be playing a key role in driving a high performance culture across the team through the development of team members and their objectives and stakeholder management.
Managing a few sub-teams will enable you to have an overview of various processes and an opportunity to make proper improvements and optimizations.
Required skills and experience:
The company is looking for an HR / People function experienced Manager with passion for working with people and experience
You will have previous experience of managing a team, preferably through supervisors
You will have some experience gained in a shared service environment
You will be an energetic leader with change and service mindset and a desire to continually deliver improvement
Fluent English skills is a must. Any other language will be an advantage
