We are currently supporting one of our Clients in setting up a new Shared Service Center, to be based in Warsaw.We are looking for candidates to join the company on the position of HR Service Delivery Manager, that would be one of the first people to join a newly created centre.
Your new role:
HR Service Delivery Manager would be responsible for ensuring the best service delivery of HRprocessesin Poland.The main purpose of the role is to effectively coordinate all delivery of HRprocessesbased bothinternally(in country) and outsourced to external providers. The main responsibilities will include: vendor management, risk management, compliance governance, coordinating reporting activities, designing & implementing initiatives, etc.Additionally,HR Service Delivery Manager would be managing a team of 15-20 direct reports,based in Warsaw. The job holder would be a part of a global structure and partnering with top managementrepresenting HR delivery processes within the company globally.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates presenting strong background in outsourcing services and an expertknowledgeof HR operations.The ideal candidate should present strong customer service and delivery excellence focus, people management skills, experience in effective risk & compliance management and fluent English skills.We are looking for business oriented individuals, able to deliver on multiple fronts and to build and maintain positive relationships with top management and internal Client.
