Your new role
On that position you will be responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes; participation in the implementation of tools and procedures supporting HR and business processes; conduct employee on-boarding and help plan training & development; develops human resources solutions by collecting and analysing information; recommending courses of action; provide support to managers and employees in various HR related topics; improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counselling managers and employee; prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends; support all operational HR topics.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to have min. 3-5 years of proven professional experience on similar position in Human Resources; higher education (preferably in fields related to HR); v ery good knowledge of English; practical knowledge of labor law and working time regulations.Strong assets will be: v ery well developed interpersonal and communication skills; f lexibility, diligence and excellent organization of work; attention to details and accuracy.
