HR Representative with Italian or German

Our Client is a prestigious SSC company established in the USA and operating internationally. Currently looking to fill in the position of: HR Representative with Italian or German
Your role:
- Respond to inquiries related to administrative procedures and coordinate HR administrative tasks
- Provide support to the employees and serve as an information source for them – answer various questions via email and phone
- Resolve employee and HR needs
- Ensure that documents and employee requests meet the policy for each process
- Understand and use HR systems such as Workday and the Employee Portal including Self Service, Knowledge Base and Case Management
Ideal Candidate possesses:
- 2 years of experience in HR/SSC Organization, Contact Center/Customer Service
- Knowledge of HR functions and operations such as data/compensation/benefits administration
- Strong communication skills in English
- Fluency in Italian or German
- Customer Service skills
- Proactive approach
- Excellent work organization
- Problem solving skills
