For our Client, one of the largest suppliers to the printing and packaging industry worldwide, we are seeking Candidates who want to develop their career in Recruitment and HR Administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
managing the recruitment process including posting positions, managing applicant flow, sourcing and screening applicants, selection and onboarding; dealing with the HR administration for new starters, leavers and staff changes; managing the monthly payroll preparation and maintaining contact with external payroll provider.
We are looking for a Candidate with:
minimum 1 year of general administrative experience; knowledge of employment law and Human Resources best practices; previous experience in identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels. Good command of English is also obligatory.
