Miejsce pracy: WarszawaAs a HR Recruitment Coordinator, your main responsibilities are :
- Recommend to people managers on the profile of candidate
- Advise to management on key dimensions of recruitment process
- Identify potential sources of candidates
- Creating and keeping pipeline of potential candidates
- Driving internal recommendations program
- Screening market for best available candidates and new potential recruitment agencies
- Building and sustaining relationship with best performing agencies
- Sourcing activities on the level of company
- Handling local market overview for the new potential business developments including assessing new roles
We require:
- Fluent English
- Experience in a similar position (2-3 years)
- Ability to manage recruitment processes on various areas - additional courses and training will be an asset
- Self-reliance and high motivation
