HR Quality Specialist

Location: Wrocław

Main objective of role

  • Monitoring contact with the customers to validate interaction meets departmental and company standards and adheres to case management and contact handling protocol
  • Providing specific and timely data/information to the HR SSC Team Leads and Specialists as needed to address problems, solving questions or analyzing efficiency or effectiveness of performance
  • Establishing institutional and market knowledge to support organizational competency and maintain an awareness of emerging trends in the external market which may impact the processes and services of the HR SSC
  • Identifying and reinforcing best practice standards and provide continuous improvement recommendations
  • Delivering training and coordinating participation of the HR SSC Specialists in programs to build customer support skills and knowledge of products and processes
  • Coaching and providing feedback to HR SSC Specialists through face to face, telephonic and/or online calibration sessions to facilitate continuous improvement and associate development
  • Maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout the portal and ensuring compliance with BD identity requirements (including templates, graphic design or images, banners and layouts)
  • Ensuring the information that associates want and need to know is located on the portal. This includes transferring existing HR information from the intranet and/or SharePoint sites to the portal and working with content owners to get content created and added to the site.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role (quality/content management)
  • Experience in working with quality tools, call monitoring systems, case management systems, ERP systems and metrics
  • Collaborative experience across functions and region
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good analytical, numerical and communication skills
  • Flexibility and ‘can do’ attitude
